Due to the nature of our business and the type of products we sell, all sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a product arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order please contact us.

All products are sourced from the United States and shipped to the UK, where they are inspected by us before being sent out to customers. We check all items carefully upon arrival and will contact you immediately if there are any issues affecting your order.

To ensure customers are not waiting weeks for popular items, we hold a limited amount of stock in the UK. For special request items, we may require a 50–75% deposit before placing the order with our supplier to secure the product.

Some products on our website may be listed as “Pre-Order.” This will always be clearly shown in the product title or description, along with the expected UK arrival date.

When placing a pre-order, you are securing your item in advance before it arrives into the UK. This helps ensure you don’t miss out on popular products that often sell out quickly.

Once our shipment arrives in the UK, your order will be packed and dispatched to you as soon as possible.

We offer pre-orders because many of our viral US imports sell very quickly, and this allows us to maintain continuous stock while giving customers the opportunity to reserve items before they sell out.
