Shipping information

We aim to ship all orders on the same day of purchase when items are in the UK. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for dispatch during busy periods.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If we need to use an alternative courier service, we will contact you directly to keep you updated.

If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will be dispatched as soon as it arrives in the UK. Please refer to the product description for the estimated arrival date.
